CBS Gives Full Season Orders to "How I Met Your Mother," "Ghost Whisperer" and "Criminal Minds"

CBS GIVES FULL SEASON ORDERS TO "HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER," "GHOST WHISPERER" AND "CRIMINAL MINDS"

CBS has given full season orders to its new comedy HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, and to freshmen dramas GHOST WHISPERER and CRIMINAL MINDS.

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, starring Josh Radnor, Jason Segel, Alyson Hannigan, Neil Patrick Harris and Cobie Smulders, is averaging 10.41 million viewers and has placed first in its Monday (8:30-9:00 PM) time period in viewers and key demographics against regularly scheduled programs. HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER has increased the time period by +6% in adults 18-49 (3.7/9 vs. 3.5/9) and +12% in adults 18-34 (2.8/8 vs. 2.5/7).

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER is produced by Twentieth Century Fox Television. Carter Bays and Craig Thomas, Eileen Heisler and DeAnn Heline are executive producers.

GHOST WHISPERER, starring Jennifer Love Hewitt, Aisha Tyler and David Conrad, has helped vault CBS into a position of primetime leadership on Friday night in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 while widening the Network's lead in viewers from last season. GHOST WHISPERER is Friday's most watched and highest rated new program, winning its time period in viewers and key demographics every week this season.

GHOST WHISPERER has improved the Friday (8:00-9:00 PM) time period by +29% in viewers (11.07m vs. 8.58m), +21% in adults 18-49 (2.9/10 vs. 2.4/8) and +28% in adults 25-54 (4.1/12 vs. 3.2/10).

GHOST WHISPERER is produced by Sander/Moses Productions, in association with Touchstone Television and Paramount Network Television. Ian Sander, Kim Moses and John Gray are executive producers.

CRIMINAL MINDS, starring Mandy Patinkin, Thomas Gibson, Lola Glaudini, Shemar Moore, Matthew Gray Gubler and A.J. Cook, was seen by more than 19.5 million viewers when it had a special preview following CSI on Thursday, Sept. 22. Since moving to its regular Wednesday (9:00-10:00 PM) time period opposite "Lost," CRIMINAL MINDS has placed a solid second in viewers and key demographics, averaging 11.29 million viewers, 3.3/8 in adults 18-49 and 4.2/9 in adults 25-54.
