TRACEE ELLIS ROSS AND ANTHONY ANDERSON TO HOST THE THIRD ANNUAL "VIBE AWARDS ON UPN," TUESDAY, NOV. 15 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) ON UPN

VIBE magazine and UPN announced today that Tracee Ellis Ross (UPN's GIRLFRIENDS) and Anthony Anderson ("Hustle & Flow") will host the third annual VIBE AWARDS ON UPN, Tuesday, Nov. 15 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on UPN.

Tracee Ellis Ross is an accomplished writer, producer and performer who has received numerous accolades for her starring role on UPN's hit comedy series GIRLFRIENDS, including a BET Comedy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series and four NAACP Image Awards nominations.

Actor/producer Anthony Anderson has appeared in more than 20 films, including "Me, Myself and Irene," "Barbershop," and this year's breakout motion picture "Hustle & Flow." Anderson will join Leonardo DiCaprio and Jack Nicholson in the upcoming film "The Departed," directed by Martin Scorsese.

Ciara, Ludacris, Pharrell, Young Jeezy, Keyshia Cole, David Banner, Paul Wall and Lil Wayne are among some of the industry's hottest artists scheduled to perform at this year's ceremony. Award presenters and additional performers will be announced shortly.

The two-hour special event dedicated to celebrating innovation, cutting-edge presentation, and genre-expanding work in urban music will be taped on Saturday, Nov. 12, at Sony Studios in Culver City, Calif.

The third annual VIBE AWARDS ON UPN is a production of VIBE magazine, Flavor Unit Television Entertainment and White Cherry Entertainment. For VIBE, Kenard Gibbs and Mimi Vald�s are executive producers. Shakim Compere and Queen Latifah are executive producers for Flavor Unit, and Dedra Tate is supervising producer. Emmy Award winners Ricky Kirshner and Glenn Weiss of White Cherry are executive producers. Audrey LaCatis serves as the show's talent executive. The special will be directed by Glenn Weiss.
