E!'s Hit Series 'Dr. 90210' Returns to the Operating Room for 3rd Season in All New One-Hour Episodes Beginning Monday, November 28

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 8 -- E! Entertainment Television's hit real-life medical drama series "Dr. 90210" returns for its third season with 13 all-new one-hour episodes beginning Monday, November 28 at 10PM ET/PT. The series broke new ground when it premiered last year, showing firsthand what goes on between the Beverly Hills surgeons who "nip" and "tuck" in what is arguably the Plastic Surgery Capital of the world, and the patients who indulge in the cosmetic world's most cutting-edge trends in their ongoing quest for perfection.

Returning to the series is one of Beverly Hills' most popular scalpel-wielding residents, Dr. Robert Rey, whose bedside manner and skillful technique have earned him a stellar reputation that supports his work's hefty price tag. Rey is joined in the series by his wife Hayley and their two small children. Also returning to the series is the extremely busy Dr. Linda Li, who now must balance her workload with her pregnancy; recently-engaged Dr. Jason Diamond; gender specialist Dr. Gary Alter (really!), and new surgeons Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. William Aiello.

While cosmetic surgery and plastic surgeons are no strangers to television over the years, "Dr. 90210" is one of the few shows to stand the test of time. Viewers have connected with the series' personal stories of patients and transformations, as well as the lives of the surgeons who cater to the youth-and-beauty-obsessed in Beverly Hills. From tummy-tucks to breast augmentation to getting the fat taken out of their patient's pinky toes, these doctors have heard and seen it all.

This season finds the Rey family settling into a luxurious new home while Rey and wife Hayley continue to juggle the affairs of their hectic lives. Between two small children and Dr. Rey's thriving surgical practice, that is no small task. Also this season, Dr. Rey will attempt to convince Hayley they should have a third child, but will be met with considerable resistance.

Dr. Linda Li, one of the few female board certified plastic surgeons working in Beverly Hills, is busy as ever with her patient load and squeezing out time to spend with husband (and anesthesiologist) Bill Fulcher as they prepare for the arrival of their first child. Matters are complicated by the planned expansion of their successful surgical practice.

Following last season's surprise marriage proposal, handsome young Dr. Jason Diamond, who specializes in facial plastic surgery, will finally tie the knot with fiance Jessica Combs.

Dr. Gary Alter also returns this season to take on some of the more complicated and controversial cases of genital surgery involving transsexuals and hermaphrodites. Dr. Alter performs life-changing surgical procedures on people in desperate need -- from women maimed during childbirth to transsexuals seeking a complete gender change. In an upcoming episode, Dr. Alter will operate on a U.S. veteran seriously wounded during the Iraqi War.

Joining the cast this season is Dr. Paul Nassif, a skilled facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon married to wealthy Adrienne Maloof, whose family owns the Palms Casino in Las Vegas and the Sacramento Kings NBA team; Dr. William Aiello, a former marine biologist who is considered tops in his field for breast augmentation surgery; Dr. David Matlock, a plastic surgeon and gynecologist who performs unique and controversial female genital surgeries; and brothers Dr. Michael Omidi and Dr. Julian Omidi, immigrants who have built their multi-million dollar surgical empire from nothing, and whose mother is in charge of all their business decisions.

Donald Bull serves as the executive producer of Dr. 90210.
