USA NETWORK CONTINUES ITS STREAK AS #1

NEW YORK, NY - November 8, 2005 - USA Network started off the month of November as the top rated basic cable entertainment network in primetime last week averaging a 1.1 in the key P25-54 demo with 2.3 million viewers.

Driven by the power of the WWE's MONDAY NIGHT RAW, USA has been the #1 basic cable network on Monday night for the fifth week in a row among key demos: P18-34 (2.0 rating), P18-49 (1.8 rating) and P25-54 (1.2 rating), with 3.4 million viewers.

Additionally, USA was home to the #1 program of the day on cable four out of seven days last week among the P25-54 demo with the WWE's MONDAY NIGHT RAW at 10p on Monday (1.7 rating), LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT at 9p on Wednesday (1.6 rating) and at 8p on Thursday (1.4 rating), and LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT at 9p on Friday (1.2 rating).

USA's Tues-Fri 8p LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT strip earned the strongest household rating (2.41) and total viewer delivery (2.7 million) for the time period in over a year and a half (since the week of 2/09/04), and the strongest P18-49 (1.1 million) and P25-54 (1.1 million) delivery since the beginning of the year (since the week of 1/03/05).

Versus WWE's delivery on Spike during a comparable period last year (10/04-11/07/04), MONDAY NIGHT RAW's delivery to date on USA is up +15% among households, up +52% among P18-34, up +31% among P18-49, up +17% among P25-54 and up +22% among total viewers.
