Pepperidge Farm's 'Whims' Sponsors WE's Royal Treatment Weekend

Weekend Dedicated to "Royals" Airs December 2 nd - December 4 th

Charles & Camilla: Whatever Love Means Premieres Saturday, Dec 3 rd

New York, NY, November 21, 2005 -WE: Women's Entertainment, the only cable network dedicated to helping women connect to one another and the world around them, announced today that Pepperidge Farm's 'Whims' has signed on to sponsor WE's Royal Treatment Weekend, three days of programming dedicated to the trials and tribulations of European aristocracy.

As part of the agreement, Pepperidge Farm's Whims will receive on-air and off-air presence through online interactive content on www.we.tv, and on the network through tagged tune-ins and billboards. WE has also created The Royal Treatment Sweepstakes, running from December 1st through December 31st, where one lucky WE viewer can win a "royal" holiday in London, complete with lavish meals, a shopping spree and private tour. Additionally, Pepperidge Farm's 'Whims' will also receive 30-second sweepstakes spots.

"This specially scheduled programming offers our sponsor a perfect opportunity to reach our key demographic of women who are the decision-makers in their home," said Arlene Manos, President, Rainbow National Network Advertising Sales. "American women can not seem to get enough of the royal family, and we are pleased to provide our viewers with this special weekend of programming to satisfy their desire to get up close to the monarchy."

One of the highlights to be featured from the weekend movie marathon, running December 2 through December 4, will be the premiere of the original movie "Charles & Camilla: Whatever Love Means,"; on Saturday, December 3. It's a WE original co-production with Granada International that profiles the love affair of British heir Prince Charles and his new bride, Mrs. Camilla Parker Bowles. Other programming includes: "Diana: Her True Story", "Royal Families of the World," "Harry: The Mysterious Prince" and "Fergie & Andrew: Behind the Palace Doors.

WE has experienced past ratings success with royal-themed programming. WE's live coverage of the royal wedding day included the one-hour special "Charles and Camilla's Wedding Day," which was the network's highest-rated special to date. In addition, WE's original special "Young Sexy & Royal" posted ratings +33% higher than the prime average for the network during the same time period.
