Country Superstar Clint Black Guest Stars on "Hot Properties"

COUNTRY SUPERSTAR CLINT BLACK GUEST STARS ON �HOT PROPERTIES�

Country superstar Clint Black will guest star as a cab driver-turned-Christmas guide in a holiday-themed episode of �Hot Properties,� airing FRIDAY, DECEMBER 9 (9:30-10:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

In the episode, �It�s a Wonderful Christmas Carol on 34th Street,� Chloe, who�s lacking in holiday spirit, ends up in a cab accident while rushing to buy a last-minute gift for Ava�s toy giveaway. While in a state of limbo, Marley the cab driver (Clint Black) becomes her Christmas guide and introduces her to the three Ghosts of Christmas -- Emerson, Lola and Ava -- from her past, present and future.

Black�s latest album is entitled �Drinkin� Songs & Other Logic,� from the Equity Music Group.

�Hot Properties� stars Gail O�Grady as Ava Summerlin, Nicole Sullivan as Chloe Reid, Sof�a Vergara as Lola Hernandez, Christina Moore as Emerson Ives, Stephen Dunham as Dr. Charlie Thorpe, Evan Handler as Dr. Sellers Boyd and Amy Hill as Mary.

�Hot Properties� is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC�s selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning.

A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to airdate.
