USA NETWORK FIRMLY ESTABLISHED AS #1

NEW YORK, NY - November 22, 2005 - In the third week of November, USA Network was the top rated and most watched basic cable network last week in households (2.4 rating) and total viewers (2.7 million). USA was also the #1 basic cable entertainment network among the P18-34 (1.1 rating), P18-49 (1.2 rating) and P25-54 (1.3 rating) demos.

Ranking as the top rated basic cable network in prime among P25-54, USA was #1 on more nights last week than any other basic cable network on Monday (2.3), Thursday (1.0) and Friday (1.1).

Once again, USA conquered this week with strong performances by WWE's MONDAY NIGHT RAW, LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT and LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT.

- Earning its largest delivery since the program's return to USA on 10/03/05 among all key demos, the MONDAY NIGHT RAW telecasts at 9p and 10p on Monday were the top two entertainment programs of the week among households (4.5), P18-49 (3.1), P25-54 (2.8) and total viewers (5.6 million) from 9p-11:08p.

- USA's Thursday night LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT 9p-11p lineup delivered +76% more P25-54s than the prior four week time period average, and was the highest P25-54 delivery (1.1 million viewers) in over nine months (since the week of 1/03/05).

- USA was home to three of the top ten basic cable prime programs for the week among P25-54, with the two telecasts of MONDAY NIGHT RAW and Sunday night's 10p episode of LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT (1.5 rating).

- Driven by the success of these shows, the network increased its ratings over the same week last year (11/15-11/21/04) by double-digits, gaining +20% in households, +26% in P18-34, +24% in P18-49, +21% in P25-54 and +20% among total viewers.

Versus WWE's delivery on Spike during a comparable period last year (10/04-11/21/04), MONDAY NIGHT RAW's delivery to date on USA is up +13% among households, up +19% among total viewers, up +49% in P18-34, up +27% in P18-49 and up +16% in P25-54.
