WE Premieres Five Originals During Month of December

New Weekly Series "Race to the Altar" Also Debuting This Month

NEW YORK, NY, November 28, 2005 - WE: Women's Entertainment announced today that the network will premiere six new shows during the month of December. Five of the shows are WE originals, including the network's movie "Charles & Camilla: Whatever Love Means"; the new series, "I Can't Believe I Wore That...", "Secret Lives of Women" and "Daddy's Spoiled Little Girl", and the one-hour special, "Katrina Weddings: A Second Chance". Also announced today is the network's newly acquired seven-episode series, "Race to the Altar" which will premiere on December 28 at 9 pm ET.

December caps off a year of originals announced by the network in 2005 including shows such as: "Kiss & Tell," "American Princess," and season two of WE's popular series, "Bridezillas." Original programming has garnered record ratings success for WE this year. In 2005 to date, 8 of the network's Top 10 ranked telecasts for A18-49 delivery were originals for WE, compared to 1 in 2004*.

"This is an exciting month for WE - we're thrilled to be premiering so many great shows. The five originals are further proof of our commitment to ramping up WE's original offerings, which was a top priority for me when I became GM at the beginning of this year," said Kim Martin, WE's Executive Vice President and General Manager. "Race to the Altar is a fun and entertaining series that will join a strong slate of programming leading into the New Year."

"Race to the Altar" is a one-hour series that follows eight engaged couples as they compete for the chance to win a fantasy wedding. In each episode, the couples will face a variety of physical and mental challenges designed to test the key points of marriage. At the end of each episode one couple will be eliminated, leading up to the season finale when the last remaining couple wins a dream wedding planned by renowned event designer Colin Cowie. "Race to the Altar" is hosted by broadcaster and model Lisa Dergen. The show is produced by Planetworks Inc.

In addition to "Race to the Altar", the following five original programs will debut this month:

"Charles & Camilla: Whatever Love Means"

The WE original movie, Charles & Camilla: Whatever Love Means, captures the early years of Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles relationship. Covering the time before and leading up to his marriage to Diana, the movie reveals surprising facts about the couple's early relationship, including Camilla's role in choosing Diana as Charles' first wife. From their original meeting in 1970, through their on-off relationship, to their final conversation the morning of his wedding, Charles and Camilla: Whatever Love Means gives an in-depth look at an intimate relationship that was possibly the worst kept secret in England. The movie is a part of WE's Royal Treatment Weekend, a marathon of movies, miniseries and WE original series and specials with a royal theme. Charles & Camilla: Whatever Love Means premieres December 3 at 8 pm ET.

"I Can't Believe I Wore That..."

WE's hilarious hour-long flashback to fashion faux pas explores the designs you died for through the decades, and now wouldn't be caught dead wearing. Hosted by celebrity style icons that defined the 70's, 80's, 90's and the millennium, I Can't Believe I Wore That... is an amusing retrospective of intrepid fashionistas and some of their most forgettable and regrettable styles that shaped the decade. Four one-hour specials will air consecutive Mondays after the premiere December 5 at 10 pm ET.

"Secret Lives Of Women"

Each one-hour episode of The Secret Lives of Women will tackle a different topic - from women breaking career barriers to women dealing with addictions such as compulsive over shopping and eating disorders. The series will premiere on December 13 at 10 pm ET.

"Daddy's Spoiled Little Girl"

Rod Stewart bought his daughter breast implants...Bill Laurie, the Wal-Mart king, bought his daughter her own stadium... Levis Jeans tycoon Moshe Azoulay threw his daughter a $200,000 party for her 25Th birthday... What do all of these dads have in common? They all love their little girls and live to spoil them. In this new, one-hour original series WE looks at father/daughter duos who take "daddy's little girl" to new heights. Rich or poor, these dads indulge even the most outrageous requests, including 'faux mitzvah' parties, $200,000 Bentley's, private jets to Rome and shopping sprees in Paris. The series will premiere on December 14 at 10 pm ET.

"Katrina Weddings: A Second Chance" This Holiday season, WE invites viewers to join master wedding planner, Sandy Ferreira, as she surprises two Gulf Coast couples, who lost everything to Katrina, with the dream wedding they had originally envisioned. Sandy and her team of experts will work tirelessly and passionately to turn each couples wedding dreams into reality. Complete with a full guest list and all the trimmings, the nuptials once lost to the sea will be salvaged by the caring and generosity of strangers. The one hour special will premiere on December 16 at 10 pm ET.
