THE WB TO GIVE VIEWERS A CHANCE TO �SUPERCHARGE� THEIR HOLIDAY SEASON BY AIRING FIVE EPISODES OF FRESHMAN HIT, �SUPERNATURAL� FROM DECEMBER 25 TO JANUARY 1

The WB Network is offering up a special treat for people who will be home for the holidays. Beginning on Tuesday, December 27 until Sunday, January 1, the network will air four additional episodes of its first-year hit, SUPERNATURAL. By �supercharging� the schedule the network will provide viewers with another chance to catch up with some of the show's most popular episodes focusing on real urban legends such as the Hook Man, a shape-shifter and the Woman in White.

In addition to its regularly scheduled airings on Tuesdays and Sundays, The WB will air four additional episodes of SUPERNATURAL at 9:00-10:00 p.m. ET during the holiday season on Tuesday, December 27; Wednesday, December 28; Thursday, December 29 and Sunday, January 1.

SUPERNATURAL, from Warner Bros. Television, has been an out-of-the-starting-gate success for The WB. In a season that features six new shows in the supernatural genre, The WB's entrant has compiled the second-highest ratings in the group among adults 18-34 (2.2/6), persons 12-34 (2.3/6), women 18-34 (2.6/7) and women 12-34 (2.7/7). The show is also the leader among teens and female teens.

In its most recent airing, SUPERNATURAL lived up to its name, gaining significantly over the previous week back to its early season deliveries, building +16% in adults 18-34 (2.2/6), +17% in women 18-34 (2.7/7), +13% in men 18-34 (1.8/5), +25% in persons 12-34 (2.5/7), +16% in women 12-34 (2.9/7), +25% in men 12-34 (2.0/6) and +28% in total viewers (5.4 million), where it gained 1.2 million viewers versus the prior week.

SUPERNATURAL scored exceptional growth over the time period's performance the parallel week last season in all 18-34, 12-34 and 18-49 demos, including +57% in adults 18-34 (2.2/6), +56% in persons 12-34 (2.5/7) and +35% in adults 18-49 (2.3/5).
