NBC Universal teams up with one of the leaders in the fitness video industry, Lions Gate Home Entertainment, to bring the training tips and workout regimens of NBC's, "The Biggest Loser," to viewers in an all-new workout DVD. "The Biggest Loser: The Workout Volume One" will help shed off excess pounds like the show's successful contestants through the holidays and into the New Year. Now fans of the hit weight-loss reality show can learn how to drop the pounds like their favorite contestants and in the convenience of their own home with six different fun workouts enabling viewers to customize their own workout.
Celebrity trainer, Bob Harper, will use the tips and workouts that have helped change the lives of the show's contestants and his celebrity clients alike. In addition, the familiar faces of contestants from season one and two will make working out enjoyable and motivating, as viewers of the show have learned the stories behind each contestant and watched each of them overcome their struggle. "The Biggest Loser: The Workout Volume One" also features inspirational stories and support from the cast. Season one contestants who Harper will train include 29-year old pharmaceutical sales rep Andrea Baptiste and 40-year old finalist Gary Deckmen. The season two contestants are Andrea Overstreet (28), Suzy Preston (28), Matt Hoover (28) and Seth Word (24).
