USA NETWORK CONTINUES ITS LEAD AS #1

NEW YORK, NY - December 13, 2005 - USA finished the second week of December as the top rated and most watched basic cable network last week in households (2.4 rating), P18-34 (1.1 rating), P18-49 (1.2 rating) and total viewers (2.9 million).

USA's success was driven this week with exceptional performances by WWE's MONDAY NIGHT RAW and LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT.

- With another weekly increase in delivery, the WWE telecasts of MONDAY NIGHT RAW at 10p and 9p were the highest rated and most-watched entertainment programs of the week among households (4.1) and total viewers (5.4 million). For the tenth week in a row, USA was the #1 basic cable network on Monday night among key demos: total viewers, P18-34 and P18-49. WWE delivery on USA continues to surpass WWE delivery on Spike during a comparable period last year (10/04-12/12/04), with WWE's delivery to date on USA up +8% among households, up +15% among total viewers, up +35% among P18-34, up +18% among P18-49 and up +10% among P25-54.

- With huge gains over its prior four week time period average, LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT at 9p on Wednesday ranked as the #1 basic cable procedural drama of the week with a 1.7 in P18-49 and a 1.8 in P25-54. It was also the #10 basic cable program of the week overall in both demos.

- USA was home to three of the top ten basic cable prime programs for the week among P25-54 with two telecasts of MONDAY NIGHT RAW and Wednesday night's 9p episode of LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT.

USA increased its ratings over the same week last year (12/06-12/12/04) by double-digits, gaining +33% in households, +85% in P18-34 delivery, +46% in P18-49 delivery, +29% in P25-54 delivery and +37% among total viewers.
