CBS "COMEDY BOWL" TO KICK OFF EXCLUSIVELY ON YAHOO! THIS HOLIDAY SEASON

Encore Episodes of the Hit CBS Television Comedies "Two and a Half Men" and "How I Met Your Mother" to be Available for Video Streaming Dec. 27-Jan. 2

For the first time ever, full episodes of CBS's TWO AND A HALF MEN and HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER will be available for free video streaming without commercials, exclusively on Yahoo! TV (http://tv.yahoo.com). The CBS "Comedy Bowl" will kick off today, Tuesday, Dec. 27 and continue through the afternoon of Monday, Jan. 2.

Yahoo! will offer two encore episodes from both hit series that were broadcast earlier this season on the CBS Television Network. The episodes from TWO AND A HALF MEN available for video streaming include "We Called It Mr. Pinky" and "Madame and Her Special Friend." The HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER episodes include the "The Pineapple Incident" and "The Sweet Taste of Liberty."

This marks the first time that Yahoo! will stream an episode of a CBS television series in its entirety.

"We're always looking for ways to provide current and potential new viewers every possible opportunity to sample our series," said Nancy Tellem, President, CBS Paramount Network Television Entertainment Group. "We want to be where the viewers are, and this exclusive partnership with Yahoo! gives us the chance to target an expanded online audience for TWO AND A HALF MEN and HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER at a time of the year when many potential viewers are home on vacation and surfing the Internet."

"Yahoo! is one of the most trafficked Internet destinations in the world, and we are very excited to collaborate with them on this promotional opportunity for TWO AND A HALF MEN and HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER," said Larry Kramer, President, CBS Digital Media. "This deal marks a continuation of our on-going broadband initiatives at CBS, and we believe that working closely with Yahoo! will generate significant awareness for these two comedy series."

"It's our goal to deliver the most engaging and compelling entertainment content online. We think our consumers will have a great time checking out these CBS comedy hits while they are relaxing during the holidays," said David Katz, Head of Sports and Entertainment, Yahoo!. "We're excited to continue working with CBS to deliver unique entertainment experiences on Yahoo!."

Now in its third season, television's Number One comedy TWO AND A HALF MEN stars Charlie Sheen, Jon Cryer, Angus T. Jones, Holland Taylor, Marin Hinkle, Melanie Lynskey and Conchata Ferrell in a comedy about men, women, sex, dating, divorce, mothers, single parenthood, sibling relations, surrogate families, money and, most importantly, love. TWO AND A HALF MEN is produced by Chuck Lorre Productions, Inc. and the Tannenbaum Company, in association with Warner Bros. Television Production Inc. Chuck Lorre, Lee Arohnson, Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum, Mark Burg and Oren Koules are executive producers. The series is broadcast Mondays (9:00-9:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

The following are show descriptions for the TWO AND A HALF MEN episodes to be available for video streaming:

"We Called It Mr. Pinky" -- A bout of impotence causes Charlie (Charlie Sheen) to reexamine his feelings toward women.

"Madame and Her Special Friend" -- A wealthy, elderly woman sets her sights on Alan (Jon Cryer). Seven-time Emmy Award winner Cloris Leachman ("Malcolm in the Middle") guest stars as Alan's would-be lover.

The freshman comedy series, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER stars Alyson Hannigan, Neil Patrick Harris, Josh Radnor, Cobie Smulders and Jason Segel in a comedy about Ted and how he fell in love. It all started when Ted's best friend, Marshall, drops the bombshell that he's going to propose to his long-time girlfriend, Lily, a kindergarten teacher. At that moment, Ted realizes that he had better get a move on if he hopes to find true love, too. Helping him in his quest is Barney, a friend with endless, sometimes outrageous, opinions, a penchant for suits and a fool-proof way to meet women. When Ted meets Robin, he's sure it's love at first sight, but destiny may have something else in store. With voice-over by Bob Saget, the show is told through flashbacks from the future. HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER is produced by Twentieth Century Fox Television. Carter Bays, Craig Thomas and Pamela Fryman are the executive producers. The series is broadcast Mondays (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

The following are show descriptions for the HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER episodes to be available for video streaming:

"The Pineapple Incident" -- After Ted (Radnor) overdoes it during a night out on the town, his friends help him to put together the pieces of his antics the next morning.

"The Sweet Taste of Liberty" -- Barney (Harris) is willing to go to any heights -- including 35,000 feet -- to spice up Ted's (Radnor) love life.
