MTV2 Announces the Triumphant Return of 'Wonder Showzen' and 'The Andy Milonakis Show' to Sic 'Em Fridays with Fresh New Episodes Starting on March 31st at 9PM ET/PT

NEW YORK, Feb. 27 -- Continuing the commitment to provide a brilliantly weird and hilarious mix of programming as a complement to their core music programming, MTV2 announced the return of "The Andy Milonakis Show" and "Wonder Showzen" to the Sic 'Em Friday lineup starting on March 31st at 9 PM ET/PT and 9:30 ET/PT respectively. In addition, arriving just in time for their season 2 premieres, "The Andy Milonakis Show: The Complete First Season" and "Wonder Showzen: Season One" DVDs will be available on March 28th from MTV Home Entertainment and Paramount Home Entertainment.

On March 10th, the official websites for "The Andy Milonakis Show" and "Wonder Showzen." will be rolled out on MTV2.com. Beginning on March 31st, after each show's premiere on MTV2, MTV2.com and Overdrive will have entire episodes of "The Andy Milonakis Show" and "Wonder Showzen" for viewers to watch -- with exclusive bonus video content.

"The Andy Milonakis Show" website: http://www.mtv2.com/#series/17704 will have 8 video journal entries from Andy himself that will roll out every other week as well as exclusive video content of Andy answering questions posed by the MTV2.com audience. In terms of VOD, beginning on March 3rd, viewers will also be able to check out highlight clips of Season 1 of "The Andy Milonakis Show" on VOD with new, original intros recorded by Andy himself entitled "10 CommANDYments." On March 23rd, the 1st episode of "The Andy Milonakis Show" will premiere on VOD, 1 week prior to its MTV2 premiere. Subsequently, every episode thereafter will be available on VOD 2 weeks after its linear premiere.

"The Wonder Showzen" website: http://www.mtv2.com/#series/14484 will feature exclusive video content of the various characters from the show answering questions posed by the MTV2.com audience. Viewers will also be able to check out MP3s and highlight clips from Season 1 beginning March 10th.

"The Andy Milonakis Show" is an absurd comedy centered on young Andy, stuck at home in his apartment on New York's Lower East Side. In his spare time, Andy makes this strange show comprised of surreal short films starring himself, his dog, his neighbors, and various inanimate objects. Originally discovered by Jimmy Kimmel, Milonakis has gained underground fame with this absurd series, which debuted on MTV in June 2005 and was recently cited by USA Today as "feel-better TV" and a show in which "you will be too mesmerized."

"Wonder Showzen" is a delightfully dark, yet smartly subversive comedy/variety show, spiked with a team of puppets, kids, cartoons, old educational films, and political and social satire. Since premiering on MTV2 in March 2005, it has received glowing accolades from top critics and was recently honored on several 2005 Best of Television lists including Entertainment Weekly and Time.com.
