USA NETWORK #1 FOR FEBRUARY

NEW YORK, NY - February 28, 2006 - USA Network has finished February as the number one basic cable network for the month among key demos, households (2.1 rating), and total viewers (2.5 million). Having established the network as number #1 for January, USA is positioned for 1Q 2006 as the top basic cable network in television.

USA's dominance in February was earned by strong performances from WWE's MONDAY NIGHT RAW , MONK, and LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT, with eight of the top ten P25-54 basic cable entertainment telecasts of the month found on USA Network.

- WWE's MONDAY NIGHT RAW telecasts ranked as the top two programs in basic cable prime during every airing in February 2006 among key demos: households, total viewers, P18-49, and P25-54. In addition, all eight hours of MONDAY NIGHT RAW on USA in February 2006 ranked within the top fifteen basic cable prime entertainment programs of the month among P25-54.

- USA's 2/03/06 episode of MONK was the most watched basic cable original series telecast of the month among P25-54 (2.4 million), topping all competing basic cable original series telecasts.

- February 2006 was the most watched month of February for USA Network in six years (since February 2000) among households, P18-34, P18-49, and total viewers.

USA Network continues to grow, earning significant growth over February 2005 in all key demos, with a 13% increase in households, a 20% increase in P18-34 delivery, an 11% increase in P18-49 delivery, a 7% increase in P25-54 delivery, and a 13% increase in total viewers delivery (Live+SD vs. pre-DVR data).
