Santa Monica, CA (April 11, 2006) � In a television exclusive, MTV will present an anticipated look inside the life of Nick Lachey as he prepares to release his Jive Records solo album, �What�s Left Of Me� on May 9th. Premiering Saturday, April 22nd at 12pm ET/PT, the one-hour special, �Nick Lachey: What�s Left Of Me,� follows Nick as he finishes his album, and emerges from his music into the public spotlight. Following the special at 1pm ET/PT, MTV will exclusively air the world premiere of Nick�s new video for �What�s Left Of Me,� along with an inside look of its production with �Making The Video: Nick Lachey.�

Emotional and insightful, MTV�s �Nick Lachey: What�s Left Of Me� catches up with Nick on his initial radio promotion tour supporting his album�s first single. From New York to Los Angeles and even to his hometown of Cincinnati, MTV follows Nick as he visits with friends and family, and reveals a raw and emotional album that speaks as a musical journal of his life over the last year. In the special, Nick unveils the track �I Can�t Hate You Anymore,� and for the first time ever on television, performs the album�s closing song, �Resolution.�

In �Making The Video: Nick Lachey,� MTV catches up with Nick as he makes the first video of his new album. Featuring MTV�s own Vanessa Minnillo, Nick shoots the powerful music video for his single, �What�s Left Of Me.� In addition to complete behind the scenes access, and commentary from Nick, �Making The Video� will also debut the exclusive world premiere of the finished video.

Fans will also be able to experience exclusive content with Nick on MTV.com and broadband network, MTV Overdrive.
