USA NETWORK CONTINUES AS #1 IN ALL KEY DEMOS

NEW YORK, NY � March 25, 2006 � USA Network came in #1 again for the fourth week of 2Q06 in all of basic cable prime among all key demos: households (2.3 rating), P18-34 (0.5 million), P18-49 (1.2 million), P25-54 (1.2 million) and total viewers (2.7 million).

USA dominated the cable landscape with more programs in top 10 basic cable prime P25-54 than any other network, with WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW telecasts at 9p and 10p taking the top two spots and Saturday's strong performance by LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT.

� USA's WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW telecasts were once again the top two programs in basic cable prime for the week among households, P18-49, P25-54, total viewers, and were the only programs of the week to average over two million viewers in the key P25-54 demo. For the full program, WWE averaged a 4.3 household rating with 2.8 million P18-49, 2.5 million P25-54, and 5.4 million total viewers.

� USA's LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT at 10p on Saturday was the #1 basic cable acquired series telecast of the week among both P18-49 (1.4 million) and P25-54 (1.4 million.)

USA surpassed its ratings for the same week last year (4/18-4/24/05) by double-digits in all key demos, up 24% in households, up 39% in P18-34 delivery, up 24% in P18-49 delivery, up 18% in P25-54 delivery, and up 28% among total viewers P2+ (Live+SD vs. pre-DVR data).
