WITH HOST JULIA LOUIS-DREYFUS AND MUSICAL GUEST PAUL SIMON, 'SNL' EQUALS THE TOP 18-49 RATING FOR ANY SATURDAY PRIMETIME TELECAST ON ANY NETWORK THIS SEASON IN 18-49, EXCLUDING SPORTS

BURBANK, Calif. -� May 18, 2005 -� On May 13, "Saturday Night Live," hosted by Julia Louis-Dreyfus and featuring musical guest Paul Simon (3.4 rating, 14 share in 18-49, 8.0 million viewers overall) matched the strongest "SNL" rating in 18-49 since Feb. 4 (host Steve Martin and musical guest Prince) and generated the biggest "SNL" overall audience over that same span.

The May 13 edition of "SNL" equaled the highest-rated primetime Saturday telecast on any network throughout the 2005-06 television season in adults 18-49, excluding sports.

Versus the same week last year, "SNL" was up 2 percent in total viewers (8.003 million vs. 7.865 million).
