TIME WARNER CABLE DIGITAL SUBSCRIBERS TO GET EXCLUSIVE PREMIERE OF NEW OXYGEN ORIGINAL MOVIE, BANSHEE ON VOD

NEW YORK, June 14, 2006 -- Oxygen is giving Time Warner Cable Digital Cable Subscribers a sneak peek of its newest original movie, Banshee, starring Taryn Manning, before its network premiere on Oxygen. The film will be available free of charge exclusively on Time Warner Cable on Demand from June 15-21. The film premieres on Oxygen Saturday, June 24 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. This is the third time that Oxygen has premiered an original movie on Time Warner Cable On Demand.

The On Demand premiere will be available in Time Warner Cable markets like New York City, Los Angeles, Houston, San Diego, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Syracuse.

Young women love new technologies like VOD, and Oxygen is everywhere that young women are, said Lisa Gersh, President and Chief Operating Officer, Oxygen Media. Banshee, starring Taryn Manning as a young, tough car thief, is a film that appeals to our audience, so premiering the film on Time Warner Cable on Demand should drive a lot of sampling among young women.

We are always glad for the opportunity to bring our customers unique and exclusive content on VOD, said Robert G. Benya SVP On Demand, Time Warner Cable. Oxygen has been a great partner when it comes to promoting VOD, and they have consistently delivered innovative marketing initiatives to help us to connect to our female customer base, and drive usage and retention.

Time Warner Cable customers are getting hooked on Oxygen On Demand, which has driven Oxygens VOD views on Time Warner Cable to more than three million between October 2005 and January 2006, placing it in the Top Five VOD services for Time Warner Cable. Time Warner Cable carries a suite of Oxygen VOD services including Oxygen on Demand, Air Karaoke, and Oh! Baby. Oxygen has also executed a number of successful local promotions with Time Warner Cable targeted to female non- users and light users of VOD. Its Watch Oxygen VOD and Win Sweepstakes in Los Angeles increased usage of Oxygen VOD by 78%, and its Watch Air Karaoke and Win Sweepstakes in Lincoln, Nebraska quadrupled usage, making these local promotions the networks most successful to-date. A new series of local Air Karaoke promotions are being planned for the spring.
