GOLDEN GLOBE NOMINEE DAVID KEITH JOINS "THE CLASS" AS A SERIES REGULAR

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 17 -- Two-time Golden Globe Award nominee David Keith joins the cast of THE CLASS as a series regular portraying Yonk Allen, an affable former pro-football player who is now earning millions hawking an indoor barbecue grill, who is married to classmate Nicole Allen (Andrea Anders). He makes his first appearance in the premiere episode, to be broadcast Monday, Sept. 18 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

David Keith's film credits include "An Officer and a Gentleman," "Daredevil," "U-571," "Behind Enemy Lines," "Men of Honor," "Major League II," "Raise Your Voice," "The Two Jakes" and "The Indian in the Cupboard."

His television credits include "Arli$$," "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," "Still Life," "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," "The Outer Limits," and "NCIS," "Martial Law" and "Walker, Texas Ranger," all on the Network.

THE CLASS is a comedy about the lives of a group of 20-somethings who shared the same third grade class and are reunited two decades later, giving them the uncommon opportunity to learn how everyone turned out and to rebuild old friendships. The series stars Andrea Anders, Jon Bernthal, Lizzy Caplan, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Heather Goldenhersh, Sean Maguire, Lucy Punch, Jason Ritter, Julie Halston and Sam Harris. Emmy Award winner David Crane ("Friends"), Emmy Award nominee Jeffrey Klarik ("Mad About You") and ten-time Emmy Award winner James Burrows ("Will & Grace") are the executive producers for craneklarik productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.
