WE tv Signs On Twentieth Century Fox and Regency Enterprises for Unwrapping Macys Marathon

Viewers Will See a Sneak Peak Into The New Theatrical Release DECK THE HALLS Starring Danny DeVito, Mathew Broderick, Kristin Davis, and Kristin Chenoweth

New York, NY - November 14, 2006 - WE tv, the only cable network dedicated to helping women connect to one another and the world around them, announced today that Twentieth Century Fox and Regency Enterprises have signed on to advertise during WE tv's marathon of its new original series, Unwrapping Macys, a behind the scenes look at the nation's biggest department store - Macy's Herald Square in NYC. As part of the ad buy, Twentieth Century Fox and Regency Enterprises will promote their upcoming theatrical release, DECK THE HALLS, where WE tv viewers will be offered an exclusive sneak preview of the film along with interviews with stars, Danny DeVito and Mathew Broderick.

"Twentieth Century Fox and Regency Enterprises's latest ad buy reinforces WE tv's value in providing sponsorship packages that make sense for advertisers looking to target their brand to a wide ranging audience of women," said Arlene Manos, President of Rainbow National Network Advertising Sales. "With the holiday season upon us, we look forward to offering our audience a sneak peak into Fox's new comedy DECK THE HALLS."

On Sunday, November 19th from 8:00 PM EST throughout midnight, WE tv will air an Unwrapping Macy's marathon where Fox Studios will promote their new theatrical release DECK THE HALLS, a film about two neighbors in a small New England town who collide when one decides to decorate his house for the holidays so brightly it can be seen from space. The movie, starring Mathew Broderick, Danny DeVito, Kristin Davis, and Kristin Chenoweth, arrives in theatres November 22nd.

As part of the sponsorship agreement, Twentieth Century Fox and Regency Enterprises will receive an integrated brand campaign that will include on-air and online presence. On-air will feature customized wraps, with interviews with the stars and branded billboards. WE tv has also created an integrated promotional spot highlighting exclusive sneak peek clips from DECK THE HALLS and from Unwrapping Macy's - both depicting the madness that goes into holiday planning. The promotional spot will drive tune-in, highlight common elements between the film and the series and tease to special DECK THE HALLS wraps that will air around the marathon. Online will further promote the movie release by featuring customized banners driving to clips of both the wraps and the trailer hosted on WE tv's broadband site.

Unwrapping Macy's is a half-hour series that follows real-life employees at the biggest department store in the nation, Macy's Herald Square in New York City, to see what goes on behind the scenes. From store publicists and security guards, to window dressers and balloon handlers it takes hundreds of dedicated individuals to make Macy's shine. Over eight episodes join WE tv and look beyond the windows, the parade, the star studded events and see what it really takes to make the doors to America's department store open every day. Viewers will also get a front row seat and get ready for Thanksgiving with an inside look at the preparations for Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade during the mini-marathon of WE tv's original series. Unwrapping Macys premiered on WE tv in September of 2006 and is produced by True Entertainment.
