Los Angeles December 19, 2006 G4 viewers looking for some good old dysfunctional holiday cheer this Christmas will get their wishin spadeswith an 11-hour ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT marathon beginning at 9:00 Christmas morning, only on G4. The network will air 22 back-to-back half-hour episodes of the Emmy Award-winning comedy, featuring everyones favorite neurosis-riddled family, the Bluths. Awarded the 2004 Emmy Award as Outstanding Comedy Series, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT stars Jason Bateman as Michael Bluth, the put-upon scion of the quirky Bluth family, who has to hold things together when his father, George Bluth (Jeffrey Tambor), is jailed for fraud. The ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT Christmas marathon will feature 22 episodes from the first season of the groundbreaking show. In the episode airing at 12 Noon on Christmas Day, the Bluth familys attorney wants to arrange George Sr.s release from prison for the Christmas holiday; Michael and Lindsay want to get rid of the family attorney by arranging a date between him and their manipulative mother; and Michaels son George-Michael must wear an embarrassing codpiece in a pageant.
