"Fast Money MBA Challenge," hosted by CNBC's Dylan Ratigan, Is The Ultimate Final Exam For The Next Generation of Wall Street Minds

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., August 22, 2007 --- And the winner is��

In the financial fight for bragging rights and $200,000 on Wednesday, August 22, the bulldogs of Yale defeated the longhorns of Texas in the final round of CNBC's first original game show "Fast Money MBA Challenge" at the Nasdaq Stock Market's Times Square studio in the heart of New York City's Times Square.

As champions of CNBC's "Fast Money MBA Challenge" the Yale School of Management team� Robert Doherty, Jeff Levi, Koichi Kurisu, Krishnan Vishwanathan and alternates Michael McLaughlin and Lisa Howie� received $200,000, awarded by TD Ameritrade, to be split evenly among all team members. TD Ameritrade CEO Joe Moglia was on-hand at the live finale to present the winning team with its check. The prize money must be used for tuition, repayment of school loans, books, room and board or other school related expenses. The grand finale was displayed live on the Nasdaq MarketSite seven-story Tower.

The Championship game, which aired tonight, Wednesday, August 22 at 9PM & 12AM ET, contained an additional round of competition. The winner was determined by the performance of the team's "Championship Portfolio," which consisted of five individual publicly traded stocks. The stock performances were tracked from the beginning of trading on Monday, July 16th through the close of the market on Wednesday, August 22nd.

CNBC's "Fast Money MBA Challenge" premiered on Wednesday, August 1st with 32 MBA students from eight business schools competing head-to-head in categories testing their financial expertise. Competing for the grand prize were teams made up of the brightest minds from the Columbia Business School, NYU's Stern School of Business, the Yale School of Management, the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, the UCLA Anderson School of Management, the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and MIT's Sloan School of Management.
