Third Season of Emmy-Winning "How-To" Series to Air on a Day Delay Weeknights at 8:00 PM ET and 9:00 PM PT

NEW YORK, Sept. 4 -- Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (NYSE: MSO) today unveiled the details of a new television licensing deal with Scripps-owned FINE LIVING TV NETWORK. The relationship, which was announced today by Sheraton Kalouria, President, Broadcasting, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, and Chad Youngblood, General Manager, FINE LIVING, will result in a primetime airing of "The Martha Stewart Show" on one of cable's fastest growing digital networks.

Beginning September 10th, the Emmy-winning, "how-to" series, currently entering its third season in syndication, will get a primetime berth on FINE LIVING each night at 8 PM ET and 9 PM PT. The series will air on a day delay from the original syndicated broadcast. FINE LIVING will air an evergreen show on September 10th and will begin airing new episodes on the 11th.

Recently, MSLO's broadcasting division announced a distribution deal with DIY Network, another Scripps-owned cable channel, to air a new half-hour, best-of compilation series, entitled "Martha Stewart Crafts."

The daytime show, featuring how-to segments in the areas of scrapbooking, hand-made gifts, paper cards, decoupage, glittering, framing, rubber-stamping and more, is set to premiere on Thanksgiving Day (November 22, 2007). The 39 episode order will be comprised of thematic content culled from over a decade of inspiring content from MSLO's original lifestyle TV series, "Martha Stewart Living."
