DR. PHIL McGRAW, AMERICAS DOCTOR, WILL TAKE YOU INSIDE THE HEADLINES WITH A NEW FEATURE DR. PHIL NOW WHEN DR. PHIL KICKS OFF ITS SIXTH GROUND-BREAKING SEASON ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 10

The Explosive Return of the Dr. Phil House, An Enhanced Website and the 1000th Show Celebration Highlight New Season

Hollywood, California (September 7, 2007) - DR. PHIL returns for the sixth season of its nationally syndicated, daily, one hour series on Monday, September 10th - and this year, it will be offering viewers what they cannot find anywhere else - Dr. Phil McGraw's unique perspective regarding their immediate concerns.

DR. PHIL Now is a new platform that will enable the show and America's most notable psychologist, to cover breaking news and big events that affect viewers and their families. Equipped with several satellites and access to one of the country's leading news services, McGraw will be able to go around the world to cover breaking news from his set literally with the touch of a button. This new arrangement allows McGraw to reach out to those in need and immediately get to the root of the problem. As always, he will ask the tough questions and meet difficult situations head on.

"DR. PHIL Now allows us to bring you information about breaking news, key events from the minute they happen, and to do it in a timely fashion," says McGraw. "We want to stay relevant and give the viewer what they need when they need it. If we had this platform last year at the time of the Virginia Tech tragedy we would have shifted into this mode at that time."

McGraw will also return to one of the nation's most recognizable addresses in the acclaimed Dr. Phil House. Willing subjects will be observed 24/7 to investigate their behaviors and receive the benefits of McGraw's counsel at appropriate times. The season's first guests are three newlywed couples who will participate in Man Camp - one of last season's most popular franchises.

Another new feature will be the expanded presence of DRPHIL.COM. The site's redesign will enable viewers to be more involved. With the use of their webcams, those at home can interact with McGraw during show tapings. Other new features will enable viewers to upload videos and maintain their own blogs. As in the first five seasons, show ideas and postings to the message boards are always welcomed.

In addition, season six will mark a milestone for DR. PHIL as the show will tape its 1000th episode.
