NEW YORK, Dec. 12 -- Spike TV and GameTrailers.com (GT),

Group, announced today an unprecedented multi-platform integration with the
launch of "GameTrailers TV with Geoff Keighley." This weekly, entertaining
and informative magazine-style show for gamers will be available in high-
definition on-air and online beginning Friday, January 25, 2008. Produced
and created by GameTrailers.com, "GameTrailers TV" marks the first time an
MTVN Entertainment Group digital property has fully executed a half-hour
show for linear television. Taking Spike TV's "Game Head" to the next
level, "GameTrailers TV" will provide viewers with expanded editorial
content and an all-new level of interaction online at GameTrailers.com.
"GameTrailers TV" is hosted and executive produced by industry veteran
and "Game Head" host Geoff Keighley. Every week, Keighley and co-hosts
Amanda MacKay and Daniel Kayser will bring fans the latest scoop on the
gaming industry's hottest titles, coolest events and biggest stars,
offering the access and insight millions of viewers have come to expect
from GameTrailers.com. Featuring a rotation of over 20 timely and relevant
segments, "Game Trailers TV" will provide exclusive content catering to
gamers with varying interest levels from the casual gamer to hardcore
enthusiasts. Viewers can go online to GameTrailers for more in-depth looks
at topics covered in the show.
