"THE 34TH ANNUAL PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS" ANNOUNCES WINNERS

Winners Include Drew Barrymore, George Clooney, Matt Damon, "Dancing With The Stars," Ellen DeGeneres, Patrick Dempsey, Katherine Heigl, "House," "Moonlight," Brad Pitt, Joaquin Phoenix, Rascal Flatts, Gwen Stefani, Justin Timberlake, "Two and a Half Men" and Chandra Wilson

Winners for THE 34TH ANNUAL PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS were announced during a broadcast hosted by Queen Latifah which was broadcast Tuesday, Jan. 8 (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/ PT) on the CBS Television Network.

The show took on a new format this year, and a team of production crews traveled all over the globe to where the winners were located to film their acceptance speeches. With the coveted crystal statue, celebrities were met at a variety of locations including Robin Williams at the USO tour in Kabul, Afghanistan, Rascal Flatts at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, Tenn., Patrick Dempsey at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Fla. as well as additional locations in New York, London, Los Angeles, Miami, Palm Springs, Calif. and Sydney, Australia. In some cases the Crest + Scope "Smile Bright in the Spotlight" trophy presenter, Yomarie Tejada, was on hand to let the winners know that they are the people's choice.

THE 34TH ANNUAL PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS was produced by Procter & Gamble Productions, Inc. THE PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS was fully sponsored by products of Procter & Gamble, which is represented by MediaVest Worldwide, Inc., supervisors of the production. Carol Donovan ("GQ Men of the Year Awards") was the executive producer for the third year. Bruce Gowers ("The American Music Awards") was the director.
