ANOTHER D-LICIOUS SEASON OF KATHY GRIFFIN'S EMMY-WINNING (YES, EMMY-WINNING) SERIES 'KATHY GRIFFIN: MY LIFE ON THE D-LIST,' THURSDAY, JUNE 12 AT 9 PM ET/PT ON BRAVO

"I'll Be Behaving Inappropriately Around The World," Says Griffin Of The New Season's Adventures

Series Moves To Its Regular 10 p.m. Timeslot on Thursday, June 19

NEW YORK, NY May 6, 2008 Soldiers and gays gather around for the fourth season premiere of Kathy Griffin's outrageous D-list antics in Bravo's critically acclaimed, Emmy-winning series "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List," on Thursday, June 12 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The nine-episode season is jam-packed with Griffin performing stand-up at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C., opening the Oprah-inspired Kathy Griffin Leadership Academy in Mexico, hosting Air New Zealand's Pink Flight from San Francisco to Sydney, ministering a wedding in Queens, and frolicking with Britney Spears' boy toy Adnan Ghalib. And that's just the beginning of this season's fantastic D-list adventures. The series moves to its regular 10 p.m. ET/PT timeslot on Thursday, June 19.

Griffin describes the fourth season: "This season is ACTION PACKED, I tell you. Everything from the humiliation of doing stand up on an airplane PA system to the privilege of doing a show at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. And move over Oprah, as I open the Kathy Griffin Leadership Academy in rural Mexico. I also drag Apple co- founder Steve Wozniak to awards shows, do a gay cruise in Bora Bora and gay Mardi Gras in Sydney. That's right, I'll be behaving inappropriately around the world this season! Team Griffin Jessica, Tiffany and Tom are also having to do WAY more than they ever signed on for and the best part, more of my mom, Maggie! Let's face it she's the real reason anyone watches! Hope you like it and most importantly, get a damn good chuckle."

All in all it's been a pretty good year for Griffin, who finally had her Emmy moment with "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List" winning for Outstanding Reality Series. The series also recently won a GLAAD Award for Outstanding Reality Program at the 19th Annual GLAAD Media Awards. But she must still battle life's indignities as an under-appreciated, shunned and card-carrying member of the celebrity D-List. Griffin remains steadfast in her mission to do whatever it takes to get noticed and get freebies. She continues to embrace life on the D-List, relishing in those rollercoaster moments that she hopes will translate into tabloid photo ops that no one else would want.

Griffin is flanked by her "peeps," her curious family now officially referred to as Team Griffin. Returning this season is her trusty assistant, Jessica, and her assistant's assistant, Tiffany (who must sell more Griffin merchandise and are also busy with their own hometown press tours); her beloved mother, Maggie (she has recently stolen one of Griffin's best gays, and they are now hanging out at the gay Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in West Hollywood); and her tour manager Tom (still tagging along and taking good care of Griffin). D-list dogs Chance and Pom Pom are also back and continue to dig up the yard and ignore Griffin when she calls.

Picture This Television produced "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List" for Bravo. The series is executive produced by Marcia Mule, Bryan Scott, Lisa M. Tucker and Griffin.
