90210 (The CW) - After endless rumor and speculation, Tori Spelling has confirmed she'll reprise her role of Donna Martin on the netlet's upcoming "90210" revival. It's believed her character will own a boutique in Beverly Hills however exact details have yet to be released.

BOSTON LEGAL (ABC) - 10-time Emmy-winner David E. Kelley has exited 20th Century Fox Television after more than 20 years at the studio. The news comes as Kelley inks a three-year, eight-figure overall deal with Warner Bros. Television. The pact covers all avenues of development - from comedy to drama, script to unscripted, broadcast to cable and analog to digital. Said deal won't however affect Kelley's duties on the 20th-based "Boston Legal's" upcoming final season. Currently housed at Raleigh Manhattan Beach Studios, it's not clear if Kelley's self-titled banner will relocate to Warner Bros.' Burbank lot following "Legal's" run.

UNTITLED DAVID HEMINGSON PROJECT (ABC) - Roger Bart has joined the cast of the drama pilot, about an upscale law firm in Los Angeles. He'll play one of the firm's partners, Cliff, a volatile but likable character whose wife also works at the firm. Ben Lawson, Matthew Long, Morena Baccarin, Tina Majorino and Norbert Leo Butz also star in the 20th Century Fox Television-based hour, which Dean Parisot is directing from a script by David Hemingson.

UNTITLED JON POLLACK PROJECT (NBC, New!) - Jon Pollack ("30 Rock") has scored a cast-contingent pilot order from the Peacock for a new workplace comedy about a powerful woman in the high-stakes world of hedge funds. Universal Media Studios is behind the single-camera half-hour, the first to be greenlit by the Peacock since its upfront presentation.

UNTITLED T.I. PROJECT (MTV, New!) - Grammy-winning rapper Clifford Joseph Harris, Jr.'s - better known as T.I. - life before serving a one-year prison sentence is set to be the focus of a new reality series at the cable channel. The network has given an eight-episode commitment to the project, which would feature the famed rapper as he performs more than 1,000 of community service leading up to his prison term next spring. Said arrangement is part of a plea deal after being charged with possession of unregistered machine guns and silencers and possession of firearms by a convicted felon. He'll also pay a $100,000 fine. T.I. was previously convicted in the late 1990s for selling crack cocaine. Former VH1 executive Michael Hirschorn is executive producing the project via his newly formed Ish Entertainment banner.

VIRTUALITY (FOX) - James D'Arcy is the first to be the cast on the two-hour drama pilot, about the Phaeton, Earth's first starship, on a 10-year journey to explore a distant solar system. He'll play the ship's psych officer, who produces virtual reality shows which help the crew endure the long trip. Michael Taylor and Ronald D. Moore are behind the project, a co-production of Gail Berman and Lloyd Braun's BermanBraun, Peter Berg and Sarah Aubrey's Film 44; and Universal Media Studios. Berg is directing.
