Planet Green and Access Hollywood Roll Out the 'Green Carpet' for HOLLYWOOD GREEN WITH MARIA MENOUNOS

SILVER SPRING, Md., June 2 -- In Hollywood when they say "Lights! Camera! Action!" these days the lights are compact fluorescents. Nowhere in tinsel town are the lights shining more brightly than on Access Hollywood and Today show correspondent Maria Menounos, the host of HOLLYWOOD GREEN WITH MARIA MENOUNOS. The series kicks off the network on Wednesday, June 4 in a special timeslot at 6:00 p.m. EDT and will air in its regular timeslot beginning Thursday at 9:00 p.m. EDT exclusively on Planet Green.

Menounos is ready to get up close and personal with celebrity friends behind the green curtain as she highlights green fashion trends, covers star-studded green events, and puts fans and viewers in the know as to what she and the rest of Hollywood are doing to support the green movement. The stage has been set and HOLLYWOOD GREEN WITH MARIA MENOUNOS is ready for its close-up.

In partnership with the syndicated television series Access Hollywood, Planet Green presents HOLLYWOOD GREEN WITH MARIA MENOUNOS, a weekly one-hour entertainment magazine series that follows up-to-the-minute Hollywood news on the hottest stars making green headlines in movies, television, music and fashion.

She is an actress for movies and television, and will be seen this summer in Ben Stiller's Tropic Thunder.
