Think.mtv.com Offers Exclusive Scenes, Provides Viewers With More Information About The Countries, Indigenous People And Social Issues, And Highlights Concrete Ways Viewers Can Get Involved in Solutions To Global Poverty and Disease

New York, NY (October 28, 2008) - MTV's "My Super Sweet 16 Presents: Exiled" is back for another exciting journey with "Exiled: The Real Deal" and "Inside the Exile" airing on Saturday, November 8th from 1pm 3:30pm ET/PT. "Exiled: The Real Deal" features two brand new episodes each extended to a full hour! Twice as long as regular episodes, these premiere one-hours will take you even deeper inside the journeys of former Sweet 16ers Cher and Erin, as they trade their pampered lifestyles for huts, bugs, dung collecting and blisters. Will they come out of the experience changed? Or go back to their spoiled ways? Find out what they have to say on "Inside the Exile" airing at 3pm ET/PT, where Cher, Erin and all the other Exile-ees will answer your most burning questions about their trips.

MTV's Think Community will continue to provide viewers with information about the country and the indigenous groups of people visited in each episode and connect viewers to ways they can get involved both online and on the ground with solutions to the social issues introduced in the series. Issues explored in collaboration with the United Nations Foundation include water and sanitation, malaria, environmental conservation and access to education. In addition to learning more about these issues viewers are able to take action, as Think will connect viewers to both local and international organizations. Example actions include sending micro-loans to entrepreneurs in developing countries through Kiva, increasing their knowledge of issues like the global water crisis and the Millennium Development Goals through Millennium Promise and PlayPumps International, or starting a school dance to raise money for bed net distribution with Malaria No More. Through Think viewers can discuss the show with each other as well as with the show's producer through the producer's Think blog on think.mtv.com.

Below are descriptions of the shows that are scheduled to air:

Exiled: The Real Deal - Cher, Panama (1pm) - In this episode of "Exiled," Cher's family will give her the ultimate crash course in survival. She is sent to live with the Embera people in Eastern Panama. Cher will be forced to rely on herself in order to assimilate with the Embera and to adjust to life in the jungle. She'll live in a hut on stilts with an entire family, and will learnfastthat in the Embera culture, everyone has to contribute in order for the group to surviveand that even princesses have to hustle to get the job done.

Exiled: The Real Deal Erin, Mongolia (2pm) Erin, the daughter of late rapper Eazy E, will live with a group of nomadic herders in the remote countryside of Mongolia. Hours from civilization, Erin won't have a team of people around to cater to her every whim. Her host, Eebee, will insist that Erin stop being selfish and start helping her Mongolian hosts with their daily chores. These chores that they'll rely on her to do is build the family's home, collect cow dung, and herd goats on the open plains. And instead of getting around in her Range Rover, Erin will have to use her own two feet to get around.

Inside the Exile (3pm) Ever wonder what REALLY happened to our Exile-ees when the cameras were off? Now's the time to find out! Hosted by Tim Kash, our former SS16ers will take questions from a studio audience about their experiences.and answer the biggest question of all: did the experience actually change them?
