"LIFE ON MARS" MOVES TO WEDNESDAYS, FOLLOWING "LOST," STARTING JANUARY 28

Beginning January 8, 2009, the hit drama series "Private Practice" moves to Thursdays at 10:00 p.m., ET. The series that introduced the world to Addison Montgomery, award-winning "Grey's Anatomy," will serve as the lead-in for "Private Practice," at 9:00 p.m., ET.

The critically-acclaimed "Life on Mars" moves to Wednesdays at 10:00 p.m., ET, following the hit drama series, "Lost," at 9:00 p.m., ET, beginning January 28, 2009.

"Private Practice" stars Kate Walsh as Dr. Addison Forbes Montgomery, Tim Daly as Dr. Pete Wilder, Audra McDonald as Dr. Naomi Bennett, Paul Adelstein as Dr. Cooper Freedman, KaDee Strickland as Dr. Charlotte King, Chris Lowell as William Dell Parker, with Taye Diggs as Dr. Sam Bennett and Amy Brenneman as Dr. Violet Turner.

"Private Practice" was created and is executive-produced by Shonda Rhimes ("Grey's Anatomy," "Introducing Dorothy Dandridge"). Betsy Beers ("Grey's Anatomy," "Casanova"), Marti Noxon ("Grey's Anatomy," "Buffy the Vampire Slayer"), Mark Gordon ("The Hoax," "Saving Private Ryan"), Mark Tinker ("St. Elsewhere," "NYPD Blue"), Mark Wilding ("Grey's Anatomy"), Jon Cowan ("Crossing Jordan") and Robert Rovner ("Bionic Woman") are executive producers.
