NASHVILLE � March 24, 2008 � Live from CMT's Nashville studio, Dolly Parton opens up about her career and performs some of her biggest hits when UNPLUGGED AT STUDIO 330 premieres exclusively on CMT.com on Tuesday, March 31. The acoustic set includes songs from her newest album, Backwoods Barbie, including the title single and a haunting performance of "Only Dreamin.'" In addition, Parton gives fans a new take on her smash hits "Jolene," "I Will Always Love You" and "9 to 5."

In a candid interview, Parton explains her writing process and how she came up with "Only Dreamin,'" which she penned two years ago on her birthday. Homesick while in New York City, she began singing the sorrowful, Appalachian-tinged tune in the limo on the way to work on her musical 9 to 5. "It happens to be my favorite song on the whole album," Parton says. She also reveals her greatest possession in the CMT.com special.

Backwoods Barbie is the first release on Parton's Dolly Records label, and represents her return to mainstream country music. Her latest projects include 9 to 5: The Musical, based on the 1980 hit comedy, which opens on Broadway in April.
