THE BIG D (CBS) - "Better Off Ted" co-star Andrea Anders has joined the cast of the comedy pilot, about a New York couple (Anders, Ben Koldyke) who move to the husband's hometown of Dallas, where his Southern belle mother (Deanna Dunagan) makes life complicated for his East Coast wife. She'll play Jane Dupree, said wife in the Warner Bros. Television-based project, a role which is being billed as a guest star due to her commitments to "Ted." Jackie and Jeff Filgo penned the half-hour, which Andy Ackerman is directing.

COP HOUSE (FOX) - Joanna Garcia ("Privileged") is set to guest star on the comedy pilot, about a halfway house for troubled cops. She'll play Dr. Rebecca Wagner, the house psychologist, who runs group-therapy sessions. Nora Zehetner was originally tapped for said role, which is now listed as a guest star. Adam Resnick created the 20th Century Fox Television-based half-hour, which Brett Ratner is directing.

THE FISH TANK (CBS) - Faith Ford ("Hope & Faith") has booked a role on the comedy pilot, about a teen named Fish (Drake Bell) living alone in his family's house. She'll play Ann, the "over-coddling mom" of Fish's best friend Gabe (Andrew Caldwell). Cathy Yuspa and Josh Goldsmith are behind the half-hour, which is set up at Sony Pictures Television.

NO HEROICS (ABC) - "Back to You" alum Josh Gad is set to guest star in the comedy pilot, about four B-list superheroes living in regular society. He'll play Horseforce, their former classmate from Superhero College, a fellow B-lister who can summon horses and works at a bar where the group hangs out. Arielle Kebbel, Eliza Coupe, Freddie Prinze Jr., Paul Campbell and Tom Riley all star in the ABC Studios-based project, which Andy Flemming is directing from a script by Drew Pearce and Jeff Greenstein.

PARENTHOOD (NBC) - Former "NUMB3RS" star Diane Farr has been tapped to co-star in the drama pilot, about four siblings (Peter Krause, Maura Tierney, Erika Christensen, Dax Shepard) and their parents. She'll play the wife of Krause's character. It's understood said role won't interfere with her duties on the upcoming third season of Showtime's "Californication." Thomas Schlamme is directing the Universal Media Studios-based hour from a script by Jason Katims.

UNTITLED JUSTIN ADLER PROJECT (NBC) - Jill Clayburgh, Henry Winkler and Joanna Garcia have all scored recurring roles on the pilot, a family comedy about adult siblings. Clayburgh will play Claire, the clan's controlling mother, while Winkler is set as their father Dan, who constantly bickers with his wife. Rounding out the group is Garcia, who will guest as Kimmy, the long-suffering, shy wife of middle sibling Derek (Michael Rosenbaum). Anthony and Joe Russo are helming the Sony Pictures Television-based half-hour from a script by Justin Adler.
