BET Networks Covers President Obama's First 100 Days
NEW YORK, April 28 -- The first 100 days in office are commonly viewed as the start of every president's legacy. On Wednesday, April 29 BET Networks marks President Barack Obama's 100 day milestone with a day of programming including a special episode of 106 & PARK at 6:00 p.m.* followed by A BET NEWS SPECIAL: 1st 100 DAYS beginning at 10:00 p.m.* BET J will carry the LIVE air of President Obama's news conference in Washington at 8:00 p.m.* with a special re-air at 11:00 p.m.* on BET.

BET's hit music countdown show will mark President Obama's first 100 days in office with an interactive focus on youth and the new Administration. The LIVE show will feature photo uploads of viewers volunteering in their community, video testimonials stating how they will continue to make change and viewers' thoughts from Twitter.com. Hosts Terrence J and Rocsi will demonstrate the need to give back by volunteering in schools and hospitals. Celebrities such as Beyonce, Rick Ross and Ludacris will also share their personal commitments to change.
