Chiller Unveils Programming Slate for June 2009
The month's offerings include U.K. imports "Spine Chillers" and "Strange," both in their original formats.

CHILLER UNVEILS PROGRAMMING SLATE FOR JUNE 2009

New York, NY � May 19, 2009 � This June, Chiller heats up with an all-new programming slate full of network series and movie premieres. In addition, Sunday nights will feature UK series Spine Chillers (U.S. television debut) and Strange, both airing in their original, unedited formats. Chiller will also launch the network television premieres of two films (The Thirst and The Girl Next Door) and will air a special weeklong Invasion marathon.

10 PM "Spine Chillers" � U.S. Television Premiere!

Sinister, bizarre, engaging and funny, Spinechillers is a series of sophisticated urban fables, full of dark comedy, dramatic plots and suspense. Each script has a different cast and writer, and episodes range in theme from doomed romantic comedy to tense psychological thriller to cannibal horror. (shown in the original British format with breaks - 45 minute block)

10:45 PM "Strange" - Chiller Premiere!

In this murder mystery series, John Strange, a former priest with a dark and hidden past, and nurse Jude Atkins, a pragmatic lapsed scientist, investigate a series of chilling deaths in a medieval cathedral city in present-day England. Stars Richard Coyle and Samantha Janus; guest stars include Imelda Staunton. (shown in the original British format with breaks - 1 hour 15 minute block)
