Three-time Grammy Award winners The Black Eyed Peas are set to perform their newest single, "I Gotta Feeling," from their No. 1 album, "The E.N.D.," at TEEN CHOICE 2009 airing Monday, Aug. 10 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. TEEN CHOICE 2009 also announced the next wave of nominees in categories such as Choice Summer Movie Star, Choice Summer Song, Choice Celebrity Dancer and Choice Twit, a new category to honor the top Celebrity Tweeter. Fans ages 13-19 can vote once each day for all of their favorite TEEN CHOICE 2009 nominees at www.teenchoiceawards.com.

Hosted by the Jonas Brothers, TEEN CHOICE celebrates the hottest teen icons in film, television, music, sports and fashion in a star-studded two-hour event featuring appearances by Kristen Bell, Jordana Brewster, Ashley Greene, Vanessa Hudgens, Shawn Johnson, Daren Kagasoff, Kim Kardashian, Sean Kingston, Taylor Lautner, Jennette McCurdy and Emma Roberts. Additional performers and presenters will be announced soon.

With worldwide sales in excess of 26 million units and a total of 11 Grammy Award nominations, The Black Eyed Peas are one of the most successful groups in music today. Band members Fergie, will.i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo became international superstars with 2003's breakthrough album, "Elephunk." The Peas' chart-topping hits include Grammy Award winners "Don't Phunk With My Heart" and "My Humps," as well as "Where Is the Love," "Shut Up," "Hey Mama" and "Let's Get It Started." The group's newest album, "The E.N.D.," which features the singles "Boom Boom Pow" and "I Gotta Feeling," recently entered the Billboard Top 200 chart at No. 1.

TEEN CHOICE 2009 is executive-produced by Bob Bain ("Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards") and Michael Burg. Paul Flattery serves as producer, Kelly Brock is co-producer and Greg Sills serves as supervising producer.
