COMMUNITY (NBC) - Ken Jeong ("The Hangover") has booked a five-episode arc on the freshman comedy. He'll play Senor Chang, the gang's Spanish teacher. Said arc is set to kick off with the show's second episode.
COPPER (ABC) - Former "Everwood" co-star Gregory Smith is the latest addition to the Canadian import, about rookie cops coming into their own. He'll play Dov, a recent academy graduate, alongside the previously cast Missy Peregrym (as Andy McNally). Additional details weren't released.
DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES (ABC) - Jeffrey Nordling ("24") and Beau Mirchoff ("The Grudge 3") have been tapped as the husband and son, respectively, of new cast member Drea DeMatteo. Nordling will play "a New York landscape designer who moves to Wisteria Lane with his wife (DeMatteo) and their tightly wound, sexy and intense son (Mirchoff)." Other additions to the sixth season include newcomer Maiara Walsh and returnee Andrea Bowen.
HARD TIMES (MTV) - The cable channel has given a series commitment to the project, a comedy about a desperately unpopular 15-year-old (Paul Iacono) whose "anatomical gift is dramatically revealed in front of the whole school, [sending him] from anonymous to infamous." David Katzenberg and Seth Grahame-Smith are behind the project, which comes from their New Remote Productions banner. Katzenberg helmed the pilot off a script from Grahame-Smith.
TRAUMA (NBC) - Taylor Kinney ("Fashion House") has joined the cast of the newcomer, about first-response paramedics in San Francisco. He'll play Glen, a handsome EMT that joins the team in the second episode. No other specifics were given.
