CELEBRITY MR. & MRS. (TV Land, New!)/NATIONAL BIBLE CHAMPS (CMT, New!) - Michael Davies (GSN's "The Newlywed Game") has added a pair of projects to Embassy Row's development roster. The Sony Pictures Television-owned company is shepherding "Celebrity Mr. and Mrs." at TV Land. The game show features celebrities working with their significant others to win prizes. Also in the works is "National Bible Champs" at CMT. Said project pits contestants of different faiths against each other.

CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION (CBS) - Co-star Lauren Lee Smith won't return for the show's 10th season, TVGuideMagazine.com reports. "She's not going to be back for Season 10," executive producer Naren Shankar told the publication. "It was an issue of how we were feeling the ensemble was working. When we brought in the character of Riley, it got lost in the shuffle a little bit because we had lost Warrick, we had lost Sara, and then in the middle of last season Grissom finally left. I think, as a result, the character never quite found its footing in terms of the rest of the gang."

UNTITLED ALIEN INVASION PROJECT (TNT) - Moon Bloodgood, Jessy Schram, Seychelle Gabriel and Maxim Knight are the latest additions to the Noah Wyle-led drama pilot, about a ragtag group of soldiers and civilians - led by widower Tom Mason (Wyle) - struggling to survive after aliens have wiped out most of the human population. Bloodgood will play fellow widower Anne Glass, "a therapist working with the children to help them with the trauma of the alien invasion," with Knight as Tom's youngest son "who is still dealing with the terror of the alien invasion," Schram as Karen, "an athletic tomboy who works as a motorcycle scout," and Gabriel as Lourdes, "a pretty teenager who has lost family and helps run the camp's makeshift commissary." Carl Franklin is helming the hour from a script by Robert Rodat. Darryl Frank, Justin Falvey and Steven Spielberg are also executive producing for DreamWorks Television.
