CUT PRICE, CUTTHROAT REALTY - THE THIRD SEASON OF BRAVO'S "MILLION DOLLAR LISTING" RETURNS MONDAY, OCTOBER 12 AT 11 PM ET/PT

See How LA's Hottest And Most Competitive Agents Fare In The Tumultuous Real Estate Market

NEW YORK, NY - September 2, 2009 - Foreclosures? Nationwide recession? These guys can handle it! Bravo gives viewers an up-close and personal look at the top agents in Los Angeles's tough real estate market, who stop at nothing to close the deal on the third season of "Million Dollar Listing." The docu-series takes viewers inside the high-stakes, cutthroat world of real estate, where Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand and Chad Rogers struggle to ink their million dollar deals during this economic downturn. "Million Dollar Listing" premieres on Bravo on Monday, October 12 at 11 p.m. ET/PT.

"Million Dollar Listing" follows the lives of three of Los Angeles' hottest, young and aggressive real estate magnates in the making as they make a fortune selling multi-million dollar properties in the most exclusive neighborhoods - Hollywood, Malibu and Beverly Hills. The series follows these top agents over the course of nine months as their paths cross and they compete and expose the intense work that it takes to move the hottest listings in the City of Angels. For a sneak peek at the third season, go to: http://www.bravotv.com/million-dollar-listing/videos/it-doesnt-get-much-sexier-than-this.

Meet the agents:

Josh Flagg: Josh Flagg began working in high-end residential real estate immediately after graduating from Beverly Hills High in 2004. Within the first four years of his career, Flagg participated in several record sales, including the highest sale in the history of Brentwood Park and the highest sales on the exclusive Roxbury, Foothill and Monovale Drives, making him one of Los Angeles' hottest agents. He currently works for Keller Williams Westside. Flagg has recently decided to venture out of Beverly Hills and into new territories like Malibu and Newport in order to garner new business, while still remaining one of the top sales agents on the Westside. All work and no play has taken its toll on Flagg, so he decides to write a book of his ancestry along with his grandmother, Edith, which takes him back to Holland for the trip of a lifetime. Feeling revived by this side project, he tackles the economy by storm when he returns.

Madison Hildebrand: Madison Hildebrand is one of Malibu's most sought after celebrity real estate agents. After graduating from Pepperdine University, he began pursuing his real estate license and earned a mentorship with one of the top-producing agents in the nation. He sold his first home for $2.8 million dollars to a celebrity and hasn't looked back since. In spite of four wildly successful years as one of the top producing agents, Malibu's most wanted real estate mogul has not been immune to the failing economy. As property values continue to plummet, Hildebrand has struggled to keep his exclusive clientele happy. But even in the tough market, this Malibu mogul prevails, as he is still able to ink deals for high-end sales and leases in Malibu and Beverly Hills.

Chad Rogers: Chad Rogers is a prominent real estate agent based in Beverly Hills. He received his real estate license at the age of 18 before earning his business degree from the University of Denver. Chad has quickly risen the ranks as one of the most sought after agents in Los Angeles. Rogers works for the prestigious Hilton & Hyland firm, which is one of the preeminent residential and commercial real estate brokerages in Southern California's exclusive luxury market. Despite catering to numerous celebrity clients, Chad is adapting to selling high-end properties in the rapidly declining real estate market. In an effort to meet the demands of his clients in the turbulent economy, Rogers recently decided to expand his listing territory to include neighborhoods, such as Corona Del Mar in Orange County and the up-and-coming Mar Vista area near the beach. His personal life encounters its own new challenges as Chad is forced to focus more time on work and expanding his brand as a national authority, much to the dismay of girlfriend Victoria, who is tired of being put on the back burner while Chad focuses on his career.

"Million Dollar Listing" is produced by World of Wonder for Bravo. Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato serve as executive producers. Nick Perlmuter serves as Co-Executive Producer.
