HOT FROM FOX...

FOX AND ANIBOOM WANT YOU TO HELP CHOOSE FOX'S NEXT BIG ANIMATED HOLIDAY HIT

Fans Can View and Vote on FOX-Aniboom Holiday Animation Challenge Submissions at www.aniboom.com/fox

Five Finalists, Including One "Viewer's Choice," to Be Selected

Fox Broadcasting Company and 20th Century Fox Television, along with Aniboom, the world's first virtual animation studio, have kicked off the voting period of the FOX-Aniboom Holiday Animation Challenge, the search to find the next great FOX animated holiday TV special. Since the contest launched in May, hundreds of animated shorts that celebrate holidays ranging from Christmas and Halloween to Earth Day and Groundhog Day have been submitted. From now through September 30, animation fans everywhere have the opportunity to vote for their favorite entry online at www.aniboom.com/fox.

Following the voting period, a panel composed of FOX executives will select four finalists, and one Viewer's Choice finalist will be chosen based on audience response on the contest's website. Each of the five finalists will receive a prize of $5,000, while the grand prize winner will receive an additional $10,000 and a FOX development deal, with the potential to air their winning work on FOX, FOX.com and other FOX-affiliated websites. FOX and Aniboom will reveal the five finalists in early November and then announce the grand prize winner in mid-November.

Since its inception, Aniboom has successfully executed many short-form animation contests whose winners have gone on to create animation for large corporations and media outlets. Previously, Aniboom partnered with music superstars Radiohead to create music videos for the band's recent album, "In Rainbows."
