Lifetime Sends "Rita Rocks" to Mondays

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- Lifetime is sending its sophomore comedy "Rita Rocks" to Monday nights effective immediately.

Back-to-back original episodes will fill the 10:00/9:00c hour from October 26 through December 7.

"Rita's" former Tuesday companion "Sherri" will stay put at 10:00/9:00c with repeats of previous episodes airing at 10:30/9:30c. "Sherri" wraps its freshman run on December 1.

Both shows opened their seasons with a weeklong stunt from October 5-9 before settling into their regular time periods on Tuesday, October 13. "Sherri" posted a modest 626,000 viewers on said date with "Rita Rocks" drawing an even smaller 489,000 viewers.
