LOS ANGELES - December 2, 2009 - CBS Television Distribution (CTD) has sold the new syndicated strip "Swift Justice With Nancy Grace" under a two-year deal in 80% of the country, it was announced today by Joe DiSalvo, President of Sales for CTD.

As back-to-back half-hours, "Swift Justice With Nancy Grace" is targeted for a fall 2010 debut and was sold to stations in the following groups: Fox Television Stations, Tribune Broadcasting, Sinclair Broadcast Group, CBS Television Stations, LIN TV, Cox Television, Local TV, Meredith, Media General, Gannett and Newport, among others. The show is cleared in 48 of the top 50 markets, including on Fox stations in the three largest markets New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. It will air mostly in afternoon and early-fringe time periods.

"Nancy is a powerful force in television with a built-in audience that tunes in to hear her point of view," said DiSalvo. "We're thrilled to have gotten such an immediate response from all of these groups, and their enthusiasm proves we've got the right show for them at the right time."

"Swift Justice With Nancy Grace" will offer a fresh take on the court genre, with Grace's tell-it-like-it-is form of justice taking center stage.
