Merging two of his greatest passions, travel and sports, for season two of DHANI TACKLES THE GLOBE; beginning Monday, April 19 at 11PM, Dhani explores how traditional sports directly impact some of the most vibrant cultures around the world.

Using the national pastime as his compass, Dhani's travels provide a close look at the native sport through the daily lives of its athletes. Guided by an adopted teammate or a well-known competitor in the field, Dhani experiences the thrills and challenges of each game by playing it himself and becomes fully immersed in each region's authentic cultural experience. By getting the local take on the best places for any traveler to eat, imbibe, shop, and be entertained, Dhani learns first-hand that the love for food, drink, sports and competition is shared internationally, providing an immediate common ground wherever he lands.

During season two, Dhani tries his hand at a host of new sports including Bike Racing in Italy; Lutte Wrestling in Senegal; the Strongman Competition in Iceland; Cricket in Jamaica; Water Polo in Croatia; Highland Games in Scotland; Beach Volleyball in Brazil; Soccer in South Africa; Lucha Libre in Mexico City; and the Mount Everest Base Camp climb in Nepal.
