KATHY GRIFFIN TAKES FANS ON COMIC REALITY ROLLER COASTER RIDE IN SEASON 6 OF BRAVO'S TWO-TIME EMMY WINNING "KATHY GRIFFIN: MY LIFE ON THE D-LIST," PREMIERING TUESDAY, JUNE 15 AT 9 PM ET/PT

"It's gonna be a pisser!" Says Griffin Of The Sixth Season

Bravo Debuts Griffin's All-New One-Hour Stand-Up Comedy Special "Kathy Griffin Does the Bible Belt," Tuesday, June 8 at 10:00 PM ET/PT

NEW YORK, NY - May 4, 2010 - It almost seems like Kathy Griffin's on the A-list now, with a guest-starring role on "Law & Order SVU," A-list friends like Cher, Bette and Liza , more award nominations, and the role as host for the Creative Arts Emmy Awards (a.k.a "Schemmy's") last year. But just when Kathy's enjoying her A-List hosting moment she gets back on the D-List by losing in her category. And so begins season six of Bravo's two-time Emmy winning series, "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D List," premiering Tuesday, June 15 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.

Flanked by her curious motley crew of peeps - assistant Tiffany Rinehart, tour manager Tom Vize, and mom Maggie - this season Kathy takes on Washington, DC to campaign to repeal "Don't Ask, Don't Tell;" gallivants in Alaska with Levi Johnston and knocks on Sarah Palin's door; judges a toddler beauty pageant alongside her mom; and continues to stalk A-Listers from Kristen Chenoweth and Liza Minnelli to Lauren Conrad. And when she's not doing all of that, Griffin juggles her A-List remodel of her palatial compound in Los Angeles and accepts mid-week gigs at Biloxi's Beau Rivage Casino to support her mom's rent at a pricey senior living community in Beverly Hills.

Fans will get a precursor to the anticipated sixth season when Bravo debuts her eighth stand-up special on Tuesday, June 8 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, "Kathy Griffin Does the Bible Belt." Shot before a live and raucous sold-out crowd at the Tennessee Theatre in Knoxville, TN - and Griffin is giddy about the theatre being on the corner of "Church and Gay" (the venue stands at Church Street and Gay Street) -- Griffin takes comedic aim at everyone from Oprah and Gayle to Sharon Stone and hoarders.

That's called making a living.while living on the D-List. For a sneak peek at the new season, go to: http://www.bravotv.com/kathy-griffin-my-life-on-the-d-list/videos/season-sneak-peek-its-a-pisser.
