"Night Of Too Many Stars" To Air On COMEDY CENTRAL On Thursday, October 21 At 9:00 PM ET/PT With Live Wrap-Arounds From Jon Stewart And Other Comedic All-Stars

NEW YORK, July 27 -- COMEDY CENTRAL has once again joined forces with Jon Stewart's Busboy Productions for its third bi-annual special event, "Night Of Too Many Stars: An Overbooked Concert For Autism Education." Taping on Saturday, October 2 from the Beacon Theatre in New York City, the benefit for Autism education programs will feature Stewart hosting an evening filled with live performances, sketches and short films from a roster of comedy all-stars. Tickets for the "Night Of Too Many Stars" go on sale on Monday, August 2, through www.ticketmaster.com or www.beacontheatre.com. Guests may also purchase VIP Benefit tickets by emailing nightoftoomanystars@eventassociatesinc.com. All VIP Benefit tickets, which begin at $1,250 per person, include access to the after-party with talent.

Performers raising money to help ease the severe shortage of effective schools and education programs for autistic children and adults include Lewis Black, Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon, Tina Fey, Ricky Gervais, Joel McHale, John Oliver, Chris Rock, Sarah Silverman, Triumph The Insult Comic Dog and many more to be announced.

This year's event will premiere on COMEDY CENTRAL on Thursday, October 21 at 9:00 PM ET/PT with additional live wrap-arounds featuring a celebrity phone bank, allowing viewers to call in during the airing to donate while speaking with additional comedic heavyweights. Stewart will also host the live wrap-arounds from Los Angeles.

"Night Of Too Many Stars" is sponsored by Pepsi Refresh Project and Geico. Event sponsors also include Tommy Hilfiger and White Castle.

Since 2005, the "Night Of Too Many Stars: An Overbooked Concert For Autism Education" has raised close to seven million dollars.

"Night Of Too Many Stars" will benefit a variety of autism education and family service programs across the country, in support of the overabundance of autistic individuals that so desperately need quality services. One exciting new initiative is The Institute for Brain Development - an all-inclusive diagnosis and treatment center positioned to undertake groundbreaking collaborative research into the causes and treatment of autism spectrum disorders. The Institute is the product of New York Center for Autism's partnership with New York-Presbyterian and its affiliated medical school of Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and Weill Cornell Medical College.
