NEW YORK, Aug. 7, 2010 - CINEMAX celebrates its 30th anniversary this month, showcasing Hollywood's hottest hits, the best in new cinema, action-packed thrillers, wild comedies and classic screen gems in 100% True HD (1080i)! Every Saturday at 10:00 p.m. (ET/PT**), CINEMAX premieres exclusive* "See It Saturday" movies, spotlighting top Hollywood comedies and thrillers. Among the standout "See It Saturday" films making their national pay-cable TV debuts on CINEMAX later this year are THE HANGOVER (UNRATED VERSION) (Aug. 14), CRAZY HEART (Nov.), SHERLOCK HOLMES (Sept. 11), VALENTINE'S DAY (Nov.) and FANTASTIC MR. FOX (Oct. 16).

After a wild bachelor party in Las Vegas, three friends (Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, Ed Helms) discover the groom (Justin Bartha) has gone missing and must piece together their adventures from the night before to find him in THE HANGOVER (UNRATED VERSION), debuting SATURDAY, AUG. 14 (10:00 p.m.). Heather Graham, Ken Jeong and Rachael Harris also star in this outrageous hit buddy comedy.

A washed up country music star (Oscar(R) winner Jeff Bridges) tries to give up drinking and reassesses the mistakes he has made after he forms an unusual bond with a young journalist (Oscar(R) nominee Maggie Gyllenhaal) in CRAZY HEART, debuting in November. Robert Duvall also stars in the touching drama, directed and written by Scott Cooper, based on the novel by Thomas Cobb.

Detective Sherlock Holmes (Robert Downey Jr.) and his partner Watson (Jude Law) take on a serial killing nemesis who threatens the safety of England's citizens in SHERLOCK HOLMES, debuting SATURDAY, SEPT. 11 (10:00 p.m.). Rachel McAdams, Mark Strong and Eddie Marsan also star in this crime thriller, directed by Guy Ritchie, screen story by Lionel Wigram and Michael Robert Johnson, screenplay by Michael Robert Johnson and Anthony Peckham and Simon Kinberg.

CINEMAX features comedies that keep the laughs coming. The star-studded VALENTINE'S DAY, debuting in November, follows the romantic travails of a diverse group of Los Angelinos. In FANTASTIC MR. Wes Anderson directs this Oscar(R) nominated film, based on the Roald Dahl children's book, with screenplay by Wes Anderson and Noah Baumbach.

A small-town girl (Ellen Page) seeking to escape her mother's (Marcia Gay Harden) world of conformity joins a roller-derby team in WHIP IT, debuting SATURDAY, AUG. 21 (10:00 p.m.). Kristen Wiig, Drew Barrymore, Juliette Lewis, Jimmy Fallon and Daniel Stern also star in this coming-of-age tale, directed by Drew Barrymore, screenplay by Shauna Cross, based on a novel by Shauna Cross.

Hard-partying British radio DJs (Bill Nighy, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Rhys Ifans, Nick Frost) transmit from a ship in the North Sea in the 1960s when PIRATE RADIO debuts SATURDAY, OCT. 23 (10:00 p.m.). Kenneth Branagh also stars in the offbeat comedy.

A recent college graduate (Alexis Bledel) is forced to move back into her childhood home and must cope with her eccentric family while searching for direction in POST GRAD, debuting SATURDAY, AUG. 28 (10:00 p.m.). This coming-of-age screwball comedy also stars Zach Gilford, Rodrigo Santoro, Jane Lynch, with Carol Burnett and Michael Keaton. Directed by Vicky Jenson, written by Kelly Fremon.

CINEMAX also unleashes heart-racing thrillers and fantasy. A psychiatrist (Milla Jovovich) discovers her patients have been abducted by aliens in the sci-fi tale THE FOURTH KIND, debuting SATURDAY, OCT. 2 (10:00 p.m.).

A young ninja turns on the secretive clan of assassins that trained him when NINJA ASSASSIN debuts SATURDAY, SEPT. 25 (10:00 p.m.). This action packed thriller stars Rain, Naomie Harris, Ben Miles, Rick Yune and Sho Kosugi.

After meeting a vampire at a traveling freak show, a young man decides to join the show and become a blood-sucker himself when CIRQUE DU FREAK: THE VAMPIRE'S ASSISTANT debuts SATURDAY, SEPT. 18 (10:00 p.m.). John C. Reilly, Ken Watanabe, Josh Hutcherson, Chris Massoglia, Ray Stevenson, Patrick Fugit, with Willem Dafoe and Salma Hayek star in this fantasy adventure. A SERIOUS MAN, debuting MONDAY, SEPT. 13 (8:15 p.m.), tells the story of a modern-day Job, a math professor losing control of his life. Michael Stuhlbarg and Richard Kind star cptfc in this black comedy, directed by Joel Coen & Ethan Coen, written by Joel Coen & Ethan Coen, and Oscar(R)-nominated for Best Picture and Original Screenplay.

An overweight comedian (Jeff Garlin) in search of love and weight loss meets a woman (Sarah Silverman) who shares his affections when I WANT SOMEONE TO EAT CHEESE WITH debuts TUESDAY, AUG. 24 (5:10 a.m.). The offbeat romantic comedy also stars Bonnie Hunt.

A high-school loner hoping to find his voice - as well as fame and fortune - attends a fantasy writers' conference, only to have his work stolen by a famous author when GENTLEMEN BRONCOS debuts in October.
