An emotional dinner at Teresa's leads to a commitment from Caroline and an invitation that Danielle cannot refuse. On this past Monday night's episode, "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" scored an impressive 3.08 million total viewers and 2.17 million adults 18-49, up double digits from the prior week, according to Nielsen Media Research.
