Ratings Driven by Hit Series ... PAWN STARS, AMERICAN PICKERS, ICE ROAD TRUCKERS and TOP SHOT

New York, Tuesday, August 17, 2010 -- HISTORY's Sunday and Monday night lineups of ICE ROAD TRUCKERS and TOP SHOT (Sunday night) and AMERICAN PICKERS and PAWN STARS (Monday night) continued to deliver in a big way this past week with record ratings for the network on both nights.

PAWN STARS produced another night of stellar ratings for HISTORY on Monday, August 16 with the 10pm ET episode delivering 6.1 million total viewers, 3.0 million Adults 25-54 and 2.9 million Adults 18-49; while the 10:30pm ET episode scored 6.2 million total viewers and 3.1 million Adults 25-54 and Adults 18-49. The 2 episodes were the #1 and #2 telecasts in cable among Adults 25-54.

Preceding PAWN STARS, the 9pm ET episode of AMERICAN PICKERS amassed 5.2 million total viewers, 2.4 million Adults 25-54 and 2.2 million Adults 18-49. The premiere set a new record for the series, with the highest rated telecast in total viewers thus far.

2010 to date, PAWN STARS remains HISTORY's #1 hit and AMERICAN PICKERS remains the #1 new non-fiction series of 2010 among total viewers and Adults 25-54.

This past Sunday night's 9pm ET premiere episode of ICE ROAD TRUCKERS continued the series solid fourth season by delivering the highest audiences since season 2 in all key demos with: 3.5 million total viewers, 2.2 million Adults 25-54 and 1.8 million Adults 18-49.

And following ICE ROAD TRUCKERS, the series finale of TOP SHOT on Sunday, August 15 at 10pm ET posted the highest audiences ever for the series in all key demos with: 2.8 million total viewers, 1.6 million Adults 25-54 and 1.5 million Adults 18-49.
