WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA (AUGUST 17, 2010) - The gridiron and airwaves will get even hotter this Fall as MTV2 and the Lingerie Football League (LFL), LLC team up to bring viewers the ultimate football experience with "LFL Presents: Friday Night Football on MTV2." Premiering on MTV2, beginning on Friday, September 3 at 11:00pm ET/ "LFL Presents: Friday Night Football on MTV2" brings together two of men's favorite 8PM PT passions: sultry, model athletes and full-contact football.

"The marriage of LFL's "Friday Night Football" to MTV2 has now created the ultimate television viewing destination for guys on Friday nights," said Mitchell S. Mortaza, Founder & Chairman, Lingerie Football League, LLC. "We are incredibly excited to team with MTV2 to introduce LFL football to the country."

Throughout the season, the LFL and MTV2 will present 20, half-hour highlight episodes along with the Western and Eastern Conference playoffs. Each week, viewers will be able to check out all the hard-hitting moments from the week's featured LFL game, gain access to the sidelines and the locker room - proving that football on Friday nights is no longer child's play.

"We are excited to partner with the Lingerie Football League to bring all the feminine ferocity of 'Friday Night Football' to MTV2 every week," said Eric Conte, SVP, Programming and Production, MTV2. "We are eager to build upon all the excitement that the LFL and its hardcore fanbase have generated to date to deliver fast-paced head turning programming that fits perfectly within MTV2 fall programming slate."

The LFL is an extension of the most popular Super Bowl halftime counter-programming special in history called the Lingerie Bowl. Since its premiere in 2004 the bowl is seen annually by millions of die-hard football fans worldwide. Broadcasts of LFL games feature celebrity hosts, NFL greats, national recording artists and of course the 7-on-7 full-contact tackle football game played by athletic models.

Having achieved viewership and commercial success for the Lingerie Bowl broadcasts, the LFL extension was formed and launched in fall 2009 with (10) franchises in major US markets featuring some of America's most athletic and beautiful models competing at NBA and NFL arenas and stadiums on Friday nights as part of LFL, Friday Night Football.

"Friday Night Lights" is Executive Produced by Mitchell S. Mortaza for Lingerie Football League. Chris McCarthy, Eric Conte and Paul Ricci serve as Executive Producer for MTV2. Joe Buoye is Executive In Charge for MTV2.
