Red Carpet Arrivals to be Streamed Live on NBC.com, AccessHollywood.com, Ustream.com and Emmys.com

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - August 25, 2010- For the first time in the history of the Primetime Emmy(R) Awards, NBC.com and Emmys.com are partnering with Ustream.com to give viewers a live unique perspective of "The 62nd Primetime Emmy(R) Awards," hosted by Jimmy Fallon, airing live coast-to-coast on NBC (5-8 p.m. PT, 8-11 p.m. ET).

Seven cameras positioned in various areas backstage at the Emmys(R) will "eavesdrop" and capture exciting moments and candid reactions from television's biggest stars. Viewers will be able to see nominees, presenters and performers prepare to take the stage on the most anticipated night in television. Another unprecedented Emmy(R) first is the live "thank you" camera, where Emmy (R) Award winners will be able to express their emotions and continue their speeches once they walk off the stage.

David Neal will produce the "Backstage Live @ the Emmys" show which will stream on Emmys.com, the official website for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, NBC.com and Ustream.com, a live interactive broadcast platform. Neal most recently produced the Primetime show and the Opening Ceremony during NBC's coverage of the "2010 Vancouver Olympic Winter Games."

In addition, cameras will catch the glamour of the red carpet arrivals as it is streamed live on NBC.com, AccessHollywood.com, Emmys.com and Ustream.com starting at 4:00pm PT/ 7:00pm ET. AccessHollywood.com's popular "Dish Of Salt," Correspondent Laura Saltman, will be on the red carpet interviewing celebrities, covering the fashion and will also answer questions live from viewers so they can be part of the ultimate Emmy experience.
